I made muffins

Hello! I made muffins!

I know there's professional or semi-pro bakers among my readers so it might sound not such a big piece of news to some of you but it was the first time for me and the muffins came out delicious imho. And so I won the challenge with my man who didn't believe I could make them! :)

I've found the blueberry muffins recipe via my favorite kitchen blog, Anemone's Corner: right here (in Italian).

The recipe is perfect, really easy to follow and indeed the muffins are delicious, soft, buttery enough and not too sweet, just as I like them. Ideal for breakfast. I have to say that personally I don't completely agree with the recipe where it says "best if consumed the same day": they were excellent even few days after.

Be careful because the doses are for quite a big batch of muffins, more than a dozen for sure. I wonder if they can be freezed once baked...

Just a little additional suggestion I can give to beginners like me: use any cute muffin paper liner you fancy (paper only: my first attempt) but ensure to put each muffin into a tin liner too (my second try) or use the appropriate baking tray. See below the difference it makes aesthetically!
