Orla Kiely

She doesn't really need introduction, right? Orla Kiely's colorful and immediately recognizable patterns, with that Fifties vibe are indeed unique and she's known in the world as "the Queen of Print" with good reason.
I adore her style and how everything with her brand on it is so high qulity, in every little detail. I love how she doesn't spread in a million different patterns, but just sticks to few perfect cool ones at each collection. (Her book Pattern
must land to my bookcase as soon as possible!).
I went to Orla Kiely's shop in Monmouth Street (how is it possible I didn't know this cute street before?!) and also the store itself is great, even the wood and glass floor has the iconic stem pattern on it.
I'm embarassed to admit I didn't know a Orla Kiely fashion line even existed... The pieces look so simple yet luxurious, with a retro vintage style, and no need to say the patterns are adorable. Lookbook here.
This is the object I really fell in love with! First seen on Decor8, the Evoke Mio Radio. Unfortunately quite expensive, specially because I don't really listen radio :) (only via computer or iPhone) but sooner or later it will be mine!
At the top of my wishlist also Orla Kiely Parfum
. I'm very very difficult with parfums and I use the same since like 20 years. But I could move to this one pretty soon...
Kitchen, bath and bedroom products are simply awesome as well.
Orla Kiely has worked with many major brands including Harrods and her patterns have even covered the double decker buses in town, but I find the project with Citroen particularly amazing: a Orla Kiely range of cars!
