Interesting walls: wall decor inspiration and a confession

Ciao all, hope your week is going great.
Today I want to show you some amazing, inspirational interior decor photos, but before that I have a little confession to make: would you believe after more than 2 months we still don't have almost anything hanged on our walls in the new home?
A couple of dear photos on a table, some little prints on a shelf, and one single print on the wall of my studio... That's basically it. (I think the stuff hanged on the fridge with magnets doesn't count, right?). As Holly would say I'm a afraid I'm stuck in a "decorating rut" about that! I have a huge art & prints wishlist, we have things from the old home I would like to hang, I always wanted a "art wall", we even bought a nice painting with roses and pomegranates recently (still to be framed)...
The weird truth is that I think I love so much our home as it is that I'm scared making any change. Consider that we are still missing: two or three wall lights (and there's the wires coming out from the wall), at least a bookcase (almost all our books are still in cardboard boxes), curtains (and the windows are HUGE!) and several basic furniture pieces. Still... I love the house as it is now. I know it's stupid but I can't help... Let's do this: I'll take some good pictures of our light, white, slightly unfinished spaces (to show you, of course!) and then I'll seriously start to fill them, ok?
At the moment I'm particularly scared by colors: our home is very colorful outside, and I've insisted to keep the interiors as neutral, bright, white and uncomplicated as possible, also considering it should be easier to stick to my beloved cream-milk-dove-pearl palette than deal with strong colors and considering I can still add color accents whenever I want. As of now I'm loving the results: absolutely warm, welcoming and relaxing.
So let me show you some cool walls fabulously decorated in ways that could fit the style I have in mind, although very different from each other.

Do you have any "art wall" or decorated shelves in your home? I'd love to see! And any suggestion to help "breaking the ice" with our walls would be welcome!
Have a lovely day!
