Columbia Road Flower Market...

...is one of my favorite spots on Earth.

If you've never been to this utterly charming flower market in East London, you're really missing a delightful way to spend your sunday morning.

We've been there again yesterday and although crowdy (you should plan to go there very early in the morning, but we kind of overslept...) it's always a treat and the little colorful shops are a real eye candy. An incredible mix of vintage, shabby chic, indie design that I'm totally in love with.

Just a few of my favorites shops:

Vintage Heaven + The Cakehole Cafe hidden in the back of the shop: tea, cupcakes and mismatched china!

Supernice, specializing in fabulous wall stickers

Openhouse: forniture and accessories for the home and the garden

Aaaw, my credit card really wanted to go out and play! But I've been a really good girl. I cannot say the same about my man: he went crazy and he bought the complete set of Thomas Paul's Sea Life Plates, Dessert Plates and Coasters + Tray: the decor is so unusual and pretty... for once, a purchase we're both super happy with! :)

I need to dash now: this post took way too much time (but I loved looking at yesterday's market photos) and I have a ton of interesting projects and stuff to finish today, yay! Have a great week!

Sto convincendo maritino a farci un week end a londra, io non ci vado dal 2000 e lui non ci è mai stato!
Un consiglio su dove dormire senza lasciarci un rene?
E non avrei mai detto che le foto fossero fatte con l'iphone. O il mio ha qualcosa che non va o il tuo è dopato, oppure non sono capace io!

Hey Suze! Lucky, lucky you in London! wish I was there too. When I lived in London, I never made it to that market, unfortunately...but, it was a different time in my life with different priorities. Now, it will be on my must visit list!! have fun! :))
