Beautiful Today: my London shopping loot

Back at home!
I've had a beautiful and relaxing walk in London last Saturday and of course I also went shopping! (My plans and more links here. Didn't make it to do everything, but I'll be in London again hopefully soon...).
Now that the pound is not so expensive enymore, London is the quintessential shopping paradise for me. I have unpacked my gifts and purchases. Want to have a look?
In the end I bought nothing from Kate Moss new TopShop collection... I even tried one piece on, a black oriental-style blouse with sequin roses, but didn't persuade me and it was also expensive, so... Here's what I bought at TopShop instead:
1. Pink silk drop waist dress. I thought would be nice with an oversized grey or cream cardigan, thick opaque tights and and boots.

2. Charity Christmas cards. Cute, arent' they? I surely can think of one of my readers who would like these... :) Images of all the designs here. The designer is Fifi Lapin. I'm in love.
3. TopShop pocket umbrella. Ehi! It was raining! I needed one! ;)
Then I went to Cath Kidston in Marylebone, as planned. The shop is indeed as lovely as my friend Vittoria told me. Maybe slightly TOO MUCH lovely, all that stuff together risks to be sugary... Recommended in small doses! Still, it's so cute! I found some nice presents, and I don't want to spoil the surprise:
5. For my mum - Surprise!
6-7. For my favorite colleagues - CENSORED - Surprise!
8. This is not completely in Cath Kidston style... An enamel tin butterfly brooch. Gorgeous (and cheap).

Then I found at Boots the vibrating mascara I was looking for (9). Tried it quickly this morning: not bad!
My next stop was GAP. Unfortunately I didn't find the underwear I wanted but I got some super-comfy items:
10. Woolen socks (one of theme Xmas themed).
11. Flannel pijama pants with ribbon, my favorite.
Finally I went at the Design Museum and I have to confess it was a little disappointing... Rather small and does not seem to have a permanent collection, just temporary exhibitions, so I guess you have to be lucky...
From the very cool museum shop:
12. I love these PhotoHangers. A mix between a usual paper clip + a mini clothes hanger.

13. I'm quite excited about "Lotta's Printing Studio" kit: some surface painting tools and inspirational ideas. See the website/shop for the awesome creations of Lotta. I'm smitten.
