Beautiful Today: Repetto ballet shoes

Pure perfection.
Repetto ballet shoes are simply divine.
The myth was born in 1947, created by Rose Repetto (mother of Roland Petit, one of the greatest living choreographers and dancer) and since then Repetto ballerinas became an icon (do you remember Brigitte Bardot? "Et Dieu… créa la femme"? Well, she was wearing Repetto, model "Cendrillon").
I'm sure there's still a tiny little girl voice inside your heart claiming: "When I grow up I want to be a ballerina"! :)
I have 2 pairs of Repetto shoes (I'd love a new one, but these beauties are madly expensive!): ballerinas model "Camille" and a pair of tango shoes, both in the same amazing metal pink color (and both have some heel). They're so comfortable, resistent and beautiful. I really treasure these! (Plus they look great with jeans, don't they? Also with woollen socks!).
(Ah, and I can't dance at all!) :)

My Repetto "tango" shoes.
Just visit Repetto website, and particularly:
The "Savoir-Faire" videoclip: will make you wish to leave everything behind you and become a shoemaker.

And don't miss Gallery of signature artist models for the 60th anniversary of the griffe.
